AUN-ACTS Secretariat
AUN-ACTS Secretariat is hosted by Universitas Indonesia and will be fully operated by the Directorate of Internationalization of Education, Universitas Indonesia. AUN-ACTS Secretariat will be headed by a chairperson who is appointed by Universitas Indonesia. The term of the AUN-ACTS Secretariat will be for 5 years with the possibility of renewal.
AUN-ACTS Secretariat is responsible for :
- Promote AUN Student Exchange Program under ACTS scheme
- Develop and maintaining ACTS website, online application system and courses database
- Monitoring the implementation of ACTS among AUN Member Universities
- Report the implementation of ACTS to AUN-ACTS Steering Committee
- Issue ACTS academic transcript and certificate for ACTS scholars
